REGISTRATION FEES
$350.00 (non- refundable)
RE-ENROLLMENT FEES
A separate, non-refundable fee of $350.00 will be collected annually in January/February for placement for the following school year.

Hours: Mon - Fri, 9:15 am - 3:00pm
Rate: $16,886
FULL-TIME
Hours: Mon - Fri, 7:30am - 6:00pm*

WHAT IS INCLUDED

PAYMENT INFORMATION
Tuition Payment are made in advance. Ten equal payments are due the 1st of the month (August - May).
The Summer Program has 2 equal payments due the 1st of the month (July and August).
There is no tuition reduction in for absences due to illnesses and/or vacations.

Withdrawal Notification:
Eight weeks written notice is required for withdrawals for any reason. Tuition charges will continue during the eight week notice period whether the child is in attendance or not. Student records will not be released to parents, guardians, or other schools until all financial obligations to the school have been satisfied. There are limited openings for Classroom Hours only.

SNOW DAYS
Appletree Montessori will be closed on days when the Federal Government closes due to snow (and possibly when they have "Liberal/ Unscheduled" Leave). Should this occur, we will post an announcement on our website.
HOLIDAYS & BREAKS
We will be closed on the following days:
Labor Day, Indigenous People's Day, November 27 (closed starting at 1:00 p.m.), November 27 (close at 1:00),November 28 - 29 (Thanksgiving Break), December 24 - January 1, 2025 (Winter Break), Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, President's Day, April 21st.,Memorial Day, and June 12 & 13th (Summer Camp Set-up), July 4th and the Thursday and Friday before 2025 - 2025 school year.

Holidays & breaks have been taken into consideration when calculating the annual tuition.
